This Privacy Policy governs your use of the CHITRA software application ("Application") and website ("Site"), developed by KRISHNA CONSCIOUSNESS SOCIETY and authored by Gauranga Sundar Das.
CHITRA is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
When you play CHITRA, you are asked to provide a display name ("Username") to identify yourself in the game room. This Username is temporary, exists only during the duration of the active game session, and is cached locally on your device for your convenience. It is not permanently stored on our servers.
The temporary data transmitted to our servers (such as your chosen Username and in-game drawing strokes) is used strictly for the purpose of facilitating the real-time multiplayer gameplay experience. Once a game room is closed or inactive, all associated temporary session data is discarded.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. The Application does not include any third-party analytics trackers or advertising SDKs.
Our Application is safe for all ages. Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
